• Contact identification cookie (vid): When a known customer clicks a link in our email, we issue a cookie (90-day expiry, HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax) so that subsequent site visits can be attributed to that customer. Anonymous visitors are not tracked.
• Page view history: For customers with the above cookie, we record path-level visit history (excluding URL parameters and tokens) to help our sales team reach out at the appropriate time.

Opt-out: You may opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails, or by contacting us directly:

• Stop all guidance email delivery
• Stop guidance for a specific exhibition only (with reason selection: "not exhibiting", "not relevant", etc.)
• Stop behavior tracking (tracking is automatically disabled when you unsubscribe)

Cookies can also be disabled through your browser settings, but some services may not function properly as a result.

Customers may request disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, or suspension of use of their personal information held by the Company. Upon verification of identity, we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
